Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return the item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Please note we do not accept returns on sale items

How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at support@theshoebox.ae to initiate a return. Shipping charges will apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and  automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that delivery charges are not refundable
